"I have worked with Westover Controls Corporation for over 4 and half years. It is a great company to start working with especially after college. The pay is great once you have put in the time and the experience that you receive is beyond what you would expect from a controls company. It is a small company so be ready to wear a plethora of hats, but it is well worth it. The environment can get very challenging at times, but in the end we are still family, and most importantly we get our jobs done in a timely manner and at times we are rewarded for those efforts."
