"They offer other benefits. Frequent luncheon parties for all employees. Box seats at numerous sporting events throughout year. Gym memberships. All benefits paid 100% by company, et al."

"The CEO is extremely honest. Don't lie or evade the truth. If he finds out, you will be terminated."

What don't you like about working at Westmed?

"Cash flow was frequently tight. Made work a little more challenging than was preferable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This is a medical manufacturer. Should have a reserve for potential lawsuits and not wait for one to be filed."
