"Ok place to work, there was alot of managment, supervisors and above that needed to be removed, it would have made for a much more pleasant experience for all employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remove a couple of them and you would be doing much better, start with the most complacent with the biggest chip on their shoulders."
