"The office staff was the best. Wish I could say the same for Owners and General Management---bunch of liars!!!!!!"

What don't you like about working at Western States Flooring?
"I didn't like the fact that promotion etc. was non-existent. General management didn't have a clue about employee relationship, and totally uneducated about sales and sales management. Also, insurance was not partially paid by the company. But, my understanding was, they received kick-backs on our policies"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Owner needs to sober up and start living in the real world instead of being Mr. Playboy and run the business himself instead of a brainless, uneducated, aren't I just too pretty- halfwit of a General Manager!!!"
