Western National Property Management Employee

"Worked for WNG for 10 years with the assumption they’d improve. They never did. Managers and HR dept are corrupt. It is very upsetting. In order for me to explain all that happened during my employment , I would have to go through that stress, anxiety and probably experience another heart attack. If you can’t trust HR Manager, who was promoted to work directly under the Vice President, whom was having a secret affair with the CEO, who is now married to that VP... well who can you trust? That explains how messed up upper management is, so they obviously do not care about the rest of the company. Just run from this company! It is NOT worth your health! You will NOT have a family/work balance! If you think they compensate good... Surprise, they do not approve OT after you’ve already put OT in. You will end up working through your lunch and after hours (breaks never existed). You are expected to do so. Should you leave on time, you will get written up prior to being terminated because you are not finishing tasks prior to deadline. The managers (with the exemption of one) give you all of their work while they are on Social Media all day. No, not Marketing either! You don’t get reimbursed for holding 2-3 positions at this company. I ended up walking out after I stood up to upper management. I was so done. There are so many other Property Management companies out there. Go to them. If you don’t believe me, start out with a temp agency and go work at one of their properties first. You will see first hand and thank me later."
