Western Asset Employee

"Good food, pay and benefits package. Company has been on the decline since 2008. Benefits slashed, good employees laid off, those who stay are in constant fear of losing their jobs and reminded of that at all times. The quality of life within the company has degraded. The outlook and dynamics of the place have changed for the worst. For non-managers joining in, know that there is no will be no job stability and, when your time comes, management will make sure you leave on your own."

"I have worked as a business analyst intern at Western Asset for over two months now. It is a great company, has a very collaborative culture and I enjoyed being a team player and also accumulating knowledge at the same time. Western Asset has given me a good platform to start out as a finance professional and trained me on different skill sets that I could transform to my later career path."
