Felt that I was lead down the primrose lane. The office manager that hired in associates misrepresented the compensation for payouts on money you accrue per sales made. (During interview process showed me a check a big time sales rep was getting and I thought the compensation was instantaneous and hence took the job.) Come to find out that you had to accrue a certain amount of sales etc and that the guarantee was not really there to get paid additional money over the amount you were getting as base unless you were one of the lucky sales people to get good customers during first year in sales.
2.4Deceptive claims by management during very long and unpaid interviewing and hiring processes. This job is very easy to do but it is very difficult to earn income for services provided.
