"I've worked for West 49 for 3 years, through a lot of structural changes and acquisition. The current situation is rough, they're moving the offices to YM Inc's headquarters in Toronto, which is causing a lot of people to quit and not being replaced due to the upcoming relocation. Remaining employees are not being compensated for heavier workloads, and the management has zero compassion regarding the changes. The reviews I give below are about the CURRENT state of the company, not the enjoyable past or the future at the new location."
