"For the past 7 years I've been down-staffed significantly on a regular basis. Just when I think I'll finally be able to get the hours I was hired for we're down-staffed for weeks at a time again. To add insult to injury I don't even know when I'm coming in to work until the day before and I don't know when I'm going to be sent home from work until minutes before I'm sent home. Some weeks I've had as little as 12 hours. Don't work here if you actually need a paycheck."
