"After 6 years I have found West Monroe Partners to be forward thinking with excellent colleagues and opportunities within the firm. However, the management of the local office was changed five times in five years. I and the most recent manager did not agree on the direction for the office and he was not going to change. At the same time, my departure was very amicable and professional and I still enjoy a good relationship with senior management and colleagues."
