"Loved the job, loved my direct manager but ownership is erratic."

What do you like about working at Kyjen?

"I have a lot of freedom to make my own decisions and manage myself in the way I see fit. My boss is an incredible roll model and know when to let us work and know when to step in and see if we need help. I love that I get to work from home 4 days a week and I love EVERYTHING about sales."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would suggest that they check out the company culture, as in any company. Ask the current employees what their thoughts are about the company. Kyjen makes great products, which makes it an easy sell. But overall, ask a lot of questions."

What don't you like about working at Kyjen?

"The company is currently switching numerous jobs around as they see fit. My bonus plan has changed almost every quarter and I also don't see a lot of room for any lateral growth within the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that micro-management is the worst form of management. Especially for sales people. We don't like being in a cage."

"There was very little opportunity for growth or to move into management. Didn't feel empowered to grow as a professional."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would like this company to create opportunities for employees to be measured and verbally rewarded for their performance. Provide more sales training."
