"I like that my job entailed being on the phone or face to face with clients, employees, and/or prospects."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dont interview and find another company. The owner is taking the company and its reputation from bad to worse."

What don't you like about working at Wesley Medical Center?

"The owner didnt pay his bills so alot of my recruiting tools were not available to me, as well as tools needed to get a candidate credentials ie:drug screens and background checks. Also, I was to be paid salary plus a monthly recruiting bonus. I did not receive my bonuses as promised and am still waiting to be paid from 1/10 to 9/10"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay his bills and be honest with his co workers and clients. Get his required licenses renewed and stop asking nurses to work at facilities when he is not properly licensed"

"Good old boy system. Human Resources did not address upper management issues with how staff is treated."

"Care about the employees and they will work harder for you. Reduce the lead by intimidation tactics."

What do you like about working at Wesley Medical Center?

"I learned more working at Wesley about myself and my career than I have anywhere I've worked. I worked on the Trauma Surgical floor. This floor taught me patience, how to handle very personal, delicate situations in the most professional and compassionate manor. I truly enjoyed this job."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You have to have a strong and compassionate personality to work here. Don't bother to apply if you don't."

What don't you like about working at Wesley Medical Center?

"This position can be tough on your heart, you have to learn to not take your job home with you."

"Nothing, continue the incredible work. Thank you for all you taught me."
