"It is getting better. The company is listening to employees and has been incorporating feedback into the changes it has been making over the past couple of years. WESCO is a good company to START your career."

"Tough to identify the next rung on the career ladder. Company stands in its own way a lot with lack of teams working together. Benefits are terrible."

"invest in infrastructure (people and systems), encourage a more top-down management structure, and bottom-up accountability. not a lot of cross-functionality working between teams/departments, and no correctional action being taken"

"invest in the infrastructure more (systems, people) and focus on the top-down structure, and bottom-up accountability of the organization...currently very fragmented...no cross-functionality among the teams encouraged where it NEEDS to be...not working."
