What do you like about working at Wendy's?

"Great atmosphere."

What don't you like about working at Wendy's?

"I find it hard to say anything negative. It was a good company to work for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay involved."

"Wasn't open for relocation. I was a Marine reservist and they didn't allow for my 1 weekend a month on several occasions."

What do you like about working at Wendy's?

"I like the diverse training and management staff and employees on my team."

What don't you like about working at Wendy's?

"Wasn't very family oriented."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your ideal candidate on how many children they have and whether or not they are active duty or reservists and do proper follow ups with each employee every other month. Set goals and achieve goals together as a team will build great morale among the team members as well as staff."
