What do you like about working at Welvie?
"I love working for a company thats primary mission is to help people and potentially save lives. Welvie just recently contracted with Aetna and it is exciting to be part of a growing company in an emerging market."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Although the company is still relatively small it has beaten the odds. The fact that Welvie a small start-up company is now available to Aetnas full membership is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the small number of employees. I would say be passionate about what you bring to the table and show real enthusiasm."
What don't you like about working at Welvie?
"Because Welvie is a web based company my fellow employees reside all over the country. I miss the feeling of a traditional office work environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have worked for the company for just under 3 years now and the leadership team does a great job, they have high expectations but if you are passionate and excited about working for Welvie you will feel right at home."
