"The effort/wellspace is a nice clinic. The problem is they burn people out. Everybody has to do so many other jobs besides there own jobs and don't get paid enough so you feel over worked. The good side most everyone is pleasant to work with. They do have a lot of great programs for patients. Overall I liked working there. The 2 years I was there they gave no raises. It is very hard work. It would be great to know they notice the work you have done for them."
