"I have worked for Wells Fargo for the past year on a contract job. While with Wells Fargo my team interacted with different lines of the business via email and conference calls. We were able to share documents on different Sharepoint applications the company used and were able to get our individual work done before deadlines."
"Horrible micromanagers, and no technical background in a technical job."
What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I liked the many different technologies."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get any commitments in writing. If it's not in writing, they never said it. Stay away from IT audit, as most of the staff are not technical/competent. Most all of the IT auditors are miserable and are dying to get out."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I disliked the very poor management in the audit department. The audit director stated that it's okay to have a 28% turnover. Too bad he doesn't realize it's his management that is the problem. No technical training is available for the technical auditors who have no technical background. The manager micromanages the staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go find a non-management, non-technical job."
