"Wells Fargo is stuck in the past and has a long way to go before they reach their competitors. The workplace was nice before we went to a work from home approach which is much nicer. Wells Fargo tends to take a long time to adopt any new technology or approach to procedures which typically leaves their employees very frustrated while they are left in situations where they can not satisfactorily meet their customers expectations."
