"I like the friendly, cooperative environment and large teams that collaborate frequently across multiple offices. There are lots of remote workers, so sometimes it is isolating when working alone."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Talk about innovation in management. There is a lot of red tape internally in this department, but a huge positive is that everyone is trying to find out how to minimize those and (most) are open to criticism."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"There is a lot of miscommunication among different teams, which takes plenty of meeting times and emails to resolve. It is slightly inefficient, but fixable by management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest more team-oriented projects. Some teams are broken up where certain employees are gatekeepers and have inconsistent workflows."
