"Honestly, unless you are right out of college, I would not recommend this company."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"I didn't feel good about my job. We didn't take away their credit cards, so they could just go build up that debt again."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My boss was amazing. He moved onto Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, which is much more reputable. They brought in a new manager. Lets just say she didn't treat everyone with respect, and was not management material."
