"Nature of my own work, opportunity to work with other assistants in a corroborative manner, I enjoyed rewarding working relationships with several exceptional project management professionals during my tenure."

"Mary Singer and her team are excellent to work with. No tips, just that there are a whole lot of politics that occur there."
What don't you like about working at Wellpoint?
"The overall 'culture' or feel of the company... in that the division I worked in were responsible for moving a lot of company jobs out of our country in the name of efficiency."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have less IT reorganizations. Was slowed down by many and laid off at the last."
"They are a terrible company and they do not care about their employees."

"In our office there was no real politics."

What don't you like about working at Wellpoint?
"Well everything changed they are letting go of more then 1500 people in what they call a wave every two weeks they are giving people their term date one month from the day you are told they are replacing us with off shore people in the Philippine's. Hundreds of people are losing their jobs! So I am not much of a fan of WellPoint!"

"No growth opportunity. They don't hire their contractors even after 2 years of steady employment."

"Do not even send in your resume if you ever worked for WellPoint. Send in your resume if you ever worked for Anthem. Be extremely aware of the politics and especially that you can be replaced in a second there."

"Very very very political. And now since Anthem owns them, WellPoint is dead."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop being cowardly and hire ex-WellPoint people because discrimination will bring YET another lawsuit (they are sued 45-60 times a year due to HR issues and healthcare insurance denials)."

"My co-workers were nice to work with. The job was pretty easy."

"My manager sucked at her job. there was talk of people losing their jobs and everybody knew your business when they shouldn't."

"A manager should be someone who knows what they're doing, who helps when help is needed, not blows you off, and someone who deserves the title and not gets it because of family."
