"Well Luck is a smaller sized grocery warehouse that has failed to implement any technological tools or enhancements to help maintain, measure and/or improve productivity. They have no willingness to implement such tools and, in fact, still manage their inventory with a spreadsheet. While they remain profitable they have made some poor upper-management choices in the past 5 years prompting the employees to unionize. The morale and overall culture has spiraled downward costing the company money"
