"Welk has gone through so many changes and layoffs since I've been here and none of it has been for the better. It's really a boys club. If you're in, you're good. But if you're not, your position is not secure. They don't truly see the value in people when they make decisions to quickly get rid of Team Members with so much knowledge and experience. It's a very top-heavy company. Too many people at the top don't know what they're doing or they don't care to better what they're doing. Horrible culture."
