"Unfortunately, the salaries and compensations are below average. Positions have miniimum possibiliy of growing-up."

"To install educational programs that increase personnel capabilities to be more competitive with ESL, GED and Vocational Certificates wheter be related or not to the industry, including salary increases or additional bonuses to those who obtain certificate of completion."
