"I've worked for Webster University for over 5 years and the IT department is very good with getting together and making sure the job gets done! Often, many individuals choose to not leave (also possibly due to the slow economy), so there can sometimes be a lack of opportunities for advancement. Overall, it's a very good place to get a quick insight into the various parts of the IT department and move to a more specialized area."
