"The company prez is a primadonna, yells at everyone then wants you to do favors for him. Heres how you find out you no longer work here: The president of the company climbs onto a desk and yells Ladies and gentlemen, everyone who has NOT had a meeting with HR in the last 2 days, TODAY IS YOUR LAST DAY!. Then the guy actually wanted me to shake his hand."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop screwing over the employees. There's never a good reason for a surprise, spur-of-the-moment mass layoff."
