What don't you like about working at WebEx Communications?
"I didn't like working east coast hours at first because it was rather lonely in the mornings and I enjoy the social aspect and team involvement the most about the job. But getting out early, beating traffic and going to the beach was a plus."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The layoffs seemed to be without rhyme or reason. The WebEx Salesforce was worth their weight in gold and they laid off the entire division. I would have suggested a transition role in the broader product line for the quality reps they had."
