"My company Webgrain was acquired by WebBuy about a year ago. My direct supervisors are very good. They care about you as an employee, the trajectory of projects, and how to plan for the company's future. The problem is that upper management does not support their employees and they prevent my direct supervisors from doing their jobs. The benefits, pay, and atmosphere are poor. Any questions you have about the future of your career are answered very vaguely. The day to day operations are about average and I've learned many things working for them. Overall, it's not a place to plan on spending the next 30 years of your career."
