"There is very little to dislike in this educational business model."

"Maintain transparency, honesty, and consistency in everyday contact with constituents and affiliates."

"Ask questions and don't be afraid to ask for help when necessary."

"Very little autonomy/creative freedom for employees and too many stakeholders with conflicting agendas."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would not want to run this company. However, I would make more of an effort to have teams operate at a more level playing field and not silo hierarchies dictated by the org chart. Also, more transparency about goals and problems facing the company."

"I've learned a ton of new skills, and every once in awhile a project really challenges me intellectually."

"Looks great on a resume, but don't make a career out of it. Put in a few years and make the leap to something better."

"I am the only person that does what I do, and we have enough work to demand 10 of me. As a results, things don't get done on time or at all."

"Focus on core competencies and objectives, rather than a wide array of mediocre products."
