"This is a good company. People who work here have been here for a long time. They are set in their ways."

"I don't feel that my boss knows how to support a team. I am his first and only direct report."

"I think that compliance holds the company hostage from being able to advance more quickly than other banks may do."

"It's a medium sized company and the way the departments are set up leaves little room for upward mobility in my field"

"I would take a look at the structure of the company in some of the departments"

"The office environment and the collaboration among team members. I enjoy the challenge of working on a variety of projects."

"Be open to change and be able to problem solve and take criticism."

"No opportunities for advancement or full time work. Industry cut backs required cut backs in pay and hours."

"I truly did enjoy working there. That network was my baby. All the IT documents were securely stored and well written, constantly revised and reviewed."

"For IT applicants, be prepared to demonstrate knowledge of ado.net and show good problem solving techniques."
What don't you like about working at ABS Graphics?
"Distance for travel. It took an hour plus to get there. That was really the only drawback."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Your sales team should be selling. Most sales men stayed in their cubicles the entire week and would ask me why they can't get onto youtube or Facebook. Not professional."

"Great people. The culture was awesome in the beginning, but things didn't work out in the long run."

"This company has an uncertain future. You will be working to pull the company out of a fire."

"Poor communication between teams, and management. Management decision to release products before they were ready."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"80% complete product WILL NOT get you 80% of the expected profits."
