What do you like about working at Western Digital?
"I like absolutely nothing about this company. The organization is wishy washy and rarely makes decisions on data but more often gut feel. The worst company I have worked for in my professional career."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run away. If I received a resume from anyone in this organization I would throw it in the trash. They are that bad!"
What don't you like about working at Western Digital?
"They are disjointed as most key roles within the ogranization. The production team is the most unorganized team I have ever been a part of and lack direction all doing their own thing collectively. The engineering groups are lackadasical and unresponsive to opprotunities for improvement. The entire organization is a complete mess!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think noting will change with the management team until they change direction at the top. I would replace all directors in the organization then key in on managers that have a proven demonstrated track record of stagnatism and no focus on continual improvement."
