"Be yourself and show management how your experience is a good fit for their job requirements."

What don't you like about working at Western Digital?

"I stayed with the company for almost 15 years I enjoyed my work at WD."

"I was temporary thru Kelly Technical, but since the Tech Recruiter I was working for was old school, I did ALL his internet sourcing -- we hired a lot of people that way which was fun"

"Working around a lot of interesting brainiacs (as my 15 year old would call it)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be professional and intelligent, they may be putting you through a round of 5 interviewers consisting of programmers or engineers (if you are in IT, software, hardware, or firmware) -- so interviewing is quite lengthy. Nice sign on bonuses and stock sometimes."

What don't you like about working at Western Digital?

"The contract or temp status. Some of the managers were great and well liked, others had trouble keeping their employees and we had to constantly refill, that was a bummer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None really, it is overall a good company with a good product, and many amenities for the employees to keep them happy."
