"I thoroughly enjoyed my position at WCPSS, however pay is nowhere near where it needs to be. I am expected to be a Covid health screener and be in the building every day, but teachers are permitted to teach from home AND got a raise. Employees are disposable to WCPSS so they don't put in effort to keep employees."

"The WORST school system I have ever worked for in 20 years of teaching. System depends on gossip to run agency. Administrators are underhanded and dishonest. They will 'Bless your heart' and stab people in the back. The administration offices are filled with marble, granite, maple but the schools out in the country are trash. RUN."
