"The owner and CEO is a Chinese national who has brought the culture of the Chinese workplace to California and is described by other Chinese employees as a Dictator. He hires mostly Chinese workers and we all believe that he does so in order to utilize the control that comes with the Chinese culture. It's too bad, because the employees are wonderful, but they are constantly being psychologically abused by this man. He needs to be reported, but it's such a gray area to try and prove."
