"I've been with this company for several years. I've seen it grow in size and then diminish again. The ag industry is difficult to serve because it's so volatile. This company has definitely had growing pains over the years with both clients and employees, I won't dispute that. But it's on track now like never before. The fat has been trimmed, the processes have been analyzed, reanalyzed and reformed with utmost care, and potential employees are screened even harder than before. If you don't want to work hard, think critically, examine your own goals and motivations, be a team player, and genuinely help people, this is the wrong place for you. I, however, am very happy here, and I'm confident in the company's direction more so than I've ever been."
"I worked for Waterstreet Seafood Company for a year. I started off as a bus boy and then moved up to wait staff. The company gave many opportunities to its workers. The managers were across the board. Some were wonderful, some were not, often times a manager would only last for three months. This was due to the reservations of the restaurant. The food was amazing so there was always constant business. I must say that working here has never made me work in food again."
