"I worked for Monarch Separators, a family owned company from 2008-20016. in this time I was able to provide additional resources to the fully established team. This company was purchased by an investment group in 2016 and I was able to fill a position of operations manager for the new structure. Although the Monarch Separators division is shutting down, the parent company of Water Standard is still strong and considered in the industry as a leader in water treatment environment."
"I really wish I could rate Water Standard lower than 1 star. HR is one person and gossips about confidential employee issues. Upper management in BD pokes fun at ethnic names in front of other employees. Do not work here if you are looking for a respectable job and decent work place. HR talks up the culture but the workplace is very toxic and everyone turns the other cheek when they witness injustice. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER WORKING HERE! This is a warning of caution. I wish there was something positive to say."
"Not a good place to work. No code of conduct whatsoever. Favoritism runs rampant. Dishonest. Chaotic and discriminatory. Do not work here even if last resort. Stay far far away."
"Awful place to work. This review is a BIG warning. Everything is a mess. Planning from management is awful. When a project arises, the company takes it last minute and there's a lot of pressure to perform within just 2 or 3 days what usually takes months. You end up working 80 hour weeks. Do not work here. You are better off at a large established company."
"Highly not recommended to work here. Nepotism runs rampant. Very disorganized workplace to the point of chaos. Very corrupt environment. Immediate supervisors are very incompetent, disengaged and lazy. Immediate relatives appointed to jobs where they clearly are unqualified. Management openly ridicules names of foreign origin in meetings. No code of conduct in place in here. When this behavior is reported, nothing is done and nothing is anonymous. Work at a large established company; not here."
