"Was told "EVEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG, THEY ARE RIGHT!! THEY CAN SWEAR, AND WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH IT!! IF YOU LIKE ALOT OF FILTHY LANGUAGE..THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO WORK!!"

"I worked for waste management for 5 years and always was a top performer. Once you were able to sell in this role they would manipulate your commissions so you wouldn’t make a lot of money. Clearly unethical. The managers were like little dictators and knew nothing about what our day-to-day role was. Once you show them you don’t need management to be successful they start the process of trying to get rid of these types of employees. Overcharging customers and feeding their stick-marked agendas."
