"The pay is good but be ready to do alot of dirty hard as in heavy work and long hours. At least ten or more hours a day."
What don't you like about working at Waste Industries USA?
"Turn over and not enough help."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Talk to your workers and not the supervisors. Their is alot more not going right then there is right. You have a handful of very good supervisors and then the rest I do not no what to say other then they are getting a pay check. One of the main thing why I left was working by my self at night in the shop and to me that is a big safety issue. Also I would tell the supervisor if trouble with a truck and was told to just do what I was told to do."
