Mortgage Loan Closer

"Washington Federal is a very strong bank. The company has great benefits for their employees & had redone the bonus program to ensure that it is based on your work input and not the collective average of the processors. The Loan Operations and higher management do not truly seem to understand how much work they place upon the processors and the stress/pressure that comes with it. There are lots of time given up with the family to ensure that Closing Disclosures are getting out on time or rush files are processed to close early and not a lot of thanks given to employees for the dedication and commitment shown."

"Worked for this company for eight years. A good place to start your career but not many stay for long due to lower pay and not a lot of place to grow. Co workers and management is great!"

"This is a small mom and pop bank currently going through a growth surge. There is definitely opportunity here if you are looking for a career. From personal experience in working with this company I can state that the IT department, C3 department and CS department would be good ones to look into if this is the type of work you are looking for."
