Warrior Custom Golf Employee

"I have been working for the Warrior companies (Warrior Acquisitions and Warrior Custom Golf) for over 4 years and I have learned so much and really enjoy working here. Over the years, I have worn many hats: I have worked in graphic design, social media marketing, HR, and payroll at this company. I continue to learn more every day and hope to expand my skills in all areas!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It's not how they will tell you it is. You wont be making $1000+ a week..they cherry pick all the calls and send them to top the sales reps before you. you will be on the LOWEST teer of calls and be cold calling the whole 8 hours of your shift, talking to voicemails. Make this place your last resort."

What don't you like about working at Warrior Custom Golf?

"Unless you are one of the top sales reps, whichs takes about 5+ years to become, the managers pay no attention to you. they dont care about you as a person, All they care about is that your making them money, They treat you like you are nothing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more caring towards your employees. They are people too."
