2.3The worst company to work for EVER. I worked there one year ago and was laid off after three months. Just before they had to pay insurance. HMM! Then they called me back exactly one year later as a lathe department supervisor. I accepted the offer and worked there for five weeks when they made me an offer to take a large pay cut to go back to being a machinist. This company has NO morals or standards. AT ALL... I don't think any of there customers are happy with their performance. They may give you a discount though.....that's their only hope. JUST SAD... You can print my email. I have nothing to hide.

2.2Sad, sad company. Just fire people for no reason other than lack of money. Maybe the owner needs another 4 million dollar house. This is why unions are still needed in this day and age. Hard to believe people are still that stupid and greedy!
3.4Warmelin Precision Products is a solid company with an amazing group of team members. The overall environment is challenging, but ultimately rewarding based on the nature of the work done.
