"Managing day to day operations of the warehouse including extreme inventory management."

"No, I have no tips for others to interview. Benefit package is horrible and there isn't any reward from top management."
What don't you like about working at Everson Spice?
"No equpment upgrades, safety is at times at risk due to no availability of equipment ."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Modernize and add more equipment for safe working environment. All personel including production management needs to be held accountable for errors."

"It is a place where I interact with in one way or another. It can be resolving customer complaints, conducting investigations, over seeing rewards ceremony and being able to write down 100% compliance for every area in and out of my work zones."

"Be flexible and be ready to embrace the culture of the company."
What don't you like about working at O'Hare International Airport?
"I've always like being in a working environment where customer satisfaction is at the top of the list of accomplishments, and O'Hare is all about how happy are the freight forwarders and their drivers, and getting the passengers in and out in a timely manner."

"I tell them to get information from the seniors employees and put this information in the mix when revising policies and procedures from inception to implementation."

"Maybe not have employees be able to take cigarette breaks 4 times an hour so work would gomore smoothly"

"The company is not doing very well right now in fact it was sold again"

"It was sold and the new company brought in there people."

"Management was great until it was sold and then it went down hill from there"

"I liked working with the different people coming in and out of the business. I also liked working with the office help."

"Not really, it is a manufacturing company, with a good product."

"There seemed to be a discrepancy between what my manager said and what was the reality of what was."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My only suggestion would be to help train managers better in sales when their job requires more sales. My job started as a manager of people, and changed to a sales manager position because of upper restructuring."
