"The most that I love for this job is when I had to ship big orders and my boss only gives me 2 o 3 days to do everything, is when I found good ideas to do the regular orders and the big one also, and everybody trusts me to do wherever I want, the most complicated is when I start it and all my people don't believe in me and they give me a little hard time."

"I liked everything about my job. From my daily duties to my co-workers. I felt pride and satisfaction after each day of work."

"Just be yourself in terms of the interview process. If hired...go for broke and do your best."

"I really had nothing to dislike. Even though I was laid off; I have no ill will towards the hospital."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try to boast moral by being honest and upfront with employees in regards to layoffs and annual merit increases."

"I learned a great deal about my job. I was an ammo tech, learned many things about bullets, bombs, grenades and what they all did and how they worked. I also liked the marines under me that worked for me, they were great."

"Make sure you are fully committed before you make the decision to join, and be absolutely ready for the best experience of your life."
What don't you like about working at United States Marine Corps?
"I worked 14 to 18 hour days 5 days a week and the pay just was not worth the over time as fun as the long days were marines make the best of any situation."

"Treat your employees right and they will accomplish anything you ask of them no matter how difficult."

"Freedom to do my job without having someone standing over my shoulder"

"It Was a very challenging job. Throughout the years we became growing from 2 facilities to 6, making all the shipping and receiving operations very complex."

"Industry is shrinking.Company found with a lot of important clients leaving for beeter offers."

"The strategy for marketing needs to be overhauled. We need to offer new products to the clients in order to attract them."

"Sole representative in San Diego, immediate supervisor in Mexico and not very good communication, training and incentives."
