Walters Wholesale Electric Employee

"I have worked at Walters for over 15 years. When I started they were owned by John Walter. They have since been sold to CED. Since the sale, they have gone downhill substantially. The company used to have a "small company" attitude and approach to the way employees were treated. This was in spite of the fact that they were a $300 million company. Since changing ownership it's much more corporate. Employees aren't treated as well, policies are much less "user-friendly" and the personal touch that made it a great place is disappearing."
