"I like the people, the atmosphere, and the collaboration. It's also fun to play and capture the latest game being worked on."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Go around and meet the other employees--some of the most talented artists work at Avalanche and it'd be a shame to not branch out and get to know such awesome people."

What don't you like about working at Walt Disney Studios?

"Hard to say, I guess the times I didn't like so much was when there was too much downtime. When projects weren't available or ready to be worked on--of course during such times, I filled it by viewing tutorials to sharpen my skills or learn new software on lynda.com."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't settle to get projects done out of convenience or just out of the way--even the little projects should be done with professionalism."
