"I've worked with Walt Disney Studios for over 9 years now and it is a great place and environment to work in. I can honestly say it has been the best placed I have worked for thus far"
"The team I was a part of is amazing and talented. The company provided good workspace, and equipment needs to complete my task. Though compensation was a little low and the ability to move up is very competitive. The teams and co-workers make the experience worthwhile. Also seeing the occasional celebrity is a nice perk."
"I work with very capable and dynamic team at Disney working on Asset Management Team."
"I am confused as to why you are asking me to review my most recent company in order to apply for a role that you are filling...?"
"A great studio that lives up to the hype."
"Great place to work, very structured, fantastic and smart people. Office vibe was very corporate, but each game was run as their own team, like their own min start up team. Good food and snacks, lots of selections for drinks. Never got to use the gym, but it was there. Lots of parking. Team members were very supportive, every discipline seemed to be interested in helping other departments on the team. Plenty of interaction inter-discipline between games. Overall pretty fun, normal office environment for Silicon Valley. Bonuses weren't great. Reviews were once a year and, personally, I didn't feel the rewards received reflected the work I did or the review I was given. I got very positive feedback, but nothing in regards of raise or bonus, did not feel like there was any room for upward movement."
"These are some of the finest people I've ever worked with. I took three separate groups totaling 35 Systems Engineers and Database Administrators that had been thrown together in a recent reorganization and taught them the value and usefulness of Agile in an Infrastructure world. Despite early resistance and utter confusion with new process AND new tools they eventually overcame their natural skepticism and embraced the process in it's entirety. By far and away the finest team I have ever worked with."
"The company overview was very comfortable and worked with good co-employees."
"Walt Disney Studios was the greatest job of my entire life. I can't say enough good things about working there. I even wrote a book telling people how I managed to get into the company."
"No room for growth, management needs to really look at the people that they have on the team, and promote the right people for the job."
"Disney is a realty great place form anyone to get their start in Quality Assurance. I enjoyed it a lot. The people where really great. My supervisors were really great. I loved it. It was awesome. I would like to go there again. It is a the kind of job that I would like to return to. I was awesome."
"Great! I enjoyed it a bunch. Fun atmosphere."
"I've really enjoyed working here."
"Lead artist with many years of industry experience."
"I was a researcher and proofreader at Walt Disney Studios, for the Animated Features marketing department."
