"My pay as an Academy Manager is very fair! I make $76,000 salary per year plus a yearly bonus of half that amount! My position consists of leading a team of facilitators responsible for the knowledge and talent of hourly and salary supervisors in 27 stores. I work closely with the store management teams to ensure their stores are on process with the education we are giving their teams.
