"NO, besides when working with customers make sure they are satisfied with your service because you never know who may be testing you."

"There is not much that I did not like except the fact I had to relocate to attend school."

"Kepp up the good work and make sure the customers to happy like I kept them."

"The fact that I get a pay check; other than that, absolutely nothing."

"One piece of advice to candidates: make Wal-Mart your last resort if possible."

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"The worst thing about working at Wal-Mart are the customers and management. Customers are rude, careless, ignorant, and obnoxious. Whenever you receive a customer complaint, you are basically subject to being automatically wrote up of fired without questioning. I hate dealing with customers on any level."

"I would change several things about the company as a whole starting at the foundation. The stores are chaotic and are not are ran by competent people."

"boss did not want me to leave the front in and and get a chance to move around in the company to a different department"

"let employees move around if they have ben there for awhile and give them a chance to move up and do not make empty promises"

"I liked the team effort and working as a team."

"If the job you will get at Walmart, is the only thing you want to do for a long time, then join Walmart, but if you want to grow, I'd suggest looking elsewhere."

"There wasn't any opportunities to take.As much as I would have liked to challenge myself in different areas, they really wouldn't allow me. To make matters worse, they started counting down my hours, to the point where I only worked 3 hours a day."

"I'd make sure every single person is doing their part."

"Start praising for good work and opening more registers because they do not have enough open."

"Fix people's schedules more than six months at a time."

"If your looking to grow within the company its not impossible but the chances are very slim."

"not enough room for growth. Its like people are set into there positions and thats it and your in your position as well there where no offers to advance for anything."
