"That they hire older adults...giving the opportunity to earn extra money to supplement their incomes."

"This is a great stepping stone, until a better job comes around...if you can put up with the nonsense of Walmart, more power to you, for longevity."

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"Extremely top (management) heavy. Procedures in place that hinder (in my opinion)customer satisfaction and sales."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a cut in pay,or in hours. Since our hours are cut to the bone...how are we to make our monthly expenses if we are given only 16 hours per week; plus management receives bonuses because of the money saved by cutting lower employee's hours."

"customers leaving with a smile and satisfied everyday I'm there"

"They exploit manufacturing to China and do not support domestic manufacturing."

"Allow the male workers to wear pumps (shoes), like they do with the female workers."

"I liked that Management and Associates lived by that the diversity and inclusion policy."

"You need to show discernment. Wal-Mart Stores may be a casual environment to some however, the same basic standards of professionalism need to be shown during the interview."

"The position I held as a Cashier was not a good match for me physically."

"While they say that there are opportunities for promotion, have only had one interview for a promotion in over four years. The company makes billions of dollars a year, but does not appear to put any emphasis on quality customer service. They are constantly understaffed."

"Reduce the amount of profit you have annually and hire more people, give them full time and benefits, and put more effort in providing quality customer service."
