"The difficulty that I have found with my position is that not only is upper management eager to let people go from this position, but also that they don't provide us with the tools to complete our position. At Walmart, they have many stores that have advanced the ease of completing our jobs as loss prevention associates, however they don't provide these tools to all stores, and then they compare us to the stores that have these tools."
